The ETR 470 or colloquially Pendolino is a dual-flow tilting train operated by Trenitalia from Fiat Ferroviaria with registrations in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Greece. Until 2014, the Swiss Federal Railways also used this type of vehicle.
From March 1998, some trains were extended beyond Zurich to Stuttgart. In December 2006, this connection was discontinued again.
