The Bi-29 is a faithfully detailed second-class passenger car of the kind once used in historic passenger service. With its nostalgic design, large windows and replicated rows of seats, it brings the atmosphere of bygone railroad eras to any building brick collection. It is joined by the Pwi-29 baggage car, which once carried luggage, mail and special freight. Its characteristic sliding doors allow realistic loading and unloading, and some versions even had room for railroad staff. Both cars are essential parts of classic train consists, and today they are often seen on museum railroads and special excursions.
This building brick set combines both car types in one: you can build either the Bi-29 or the Pwi-29. To add both cars to your train, we recommend buying two sets. The models feature lovingly crafted details, a full interior and a removable roof that lets you look inside. Working features such as the sliding doors on the Pwi-29 make for authentic play. All parts are printed in high quality, with no stickers at all, for a durable, realistic look. Full compatibility with common building brick systems means the cars fit seamlessly into your existing layout. Experience a passion for historic railroading: build it, collect it, play with it.
