Then you have come to the right place. With the following points we would like to give you a first insight into our project process.
After a contact request from you, we internally check the feasibility and get back to you promptly with a proposed date. Here we are generally open and orientate ourselves towards your customer wishes, whether this appointment should take place by telephone, by video call or in person.
After the first rough project dimensions have been clarified, we begin the design process. For us, customer satisfaction comes first, which is why you always have the opportunity to incorporate your own wishes and creativity into the project, which of course includes the design of your model.
As soon as the design has been finalised, a test model is made for you. This is optionally discussed with you on site and incorporated.
As soon as the changes to the design are completed, we know what packaging size the article will require and what the number of pages will be for a manual. On this basis, we will create an individual offer for you. The figures contained therein will be within the budget framework, which was clarified in advance.
As soon as the offer has been confirmed, we will optionally also create the design for the packaging of your item. Alternatively, we take your sample for packaging and adapt it for our print template. In this step, we also create the instructions for the model, which will be enclosed with us printed in the appropriate manner.
After a final confirmation by you, our client, we start with the serial production of your item. After the serial production has started, the delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks. Due to our efficient way of working, we can process your order more quickly than our competitors.
Our work is not over after delivery. Depending on the customer's wishes, we promote the release on our social media platforms or launch jointly coordinated social media campaigns. Our scope of services also includes a free complaints service for our customers, regardless of whether you contact us or the respective end consumer. On presentation of proof of purchase, we will help promptly with any enquiry.
