The saga of the well-known "Emma" from the Jim Knopf cinema films goes back to 1960, when a German author wrote the children's book Jim Knopf and the Engine Driver. In 1962, the sequel followed in Jim Knopf and the Wild 13. Since then, the stories from Lummerland have been rewritten several times. In 2018, the first live-action film adaptation of the classic children's book took place. Both feature films are still considered to be among the most elaborately staged cinema films in the German-speaking world. In view of this unprecedented background history, we are pleased to present the first Noppenstein model of the iconic Emma.
The "Emma" is designed as a floor model and can be easily assembled with the help of the enclosed instructions and PDF instructions. The set includes both the Emma locomotive and the display track shown.
