The class E 41 was a standard electric locomotive first delivered to the German Federal Railways in 1956 for passenger transport on branch lines and for local transport. From 1968 onwards, it was known as the class 141 and was the lightest locomotive within the concept of electric unit locomotives.

The locomotive represents the version in orient red with slatted fan grilles.

It can be equipped with a Powerd Up drive or with a 9Volt drive.
